Payment is required at the time of booking. During COVID-19, e-transfers are our preferred method of payment (cheques are also accepted); we are unable to accept cash, credit, or debit.Once our usual in-person services are resumed, we accept cheques (preferred), credit (Visa or Mastercard), debit, or cash. INTENSIVE APHASIA TREATMENT (ITAWC) Refund policy. Upon confirmation of each client registration, we immediately begin work to ensure the best possible experience for that client; we also must commit to paying certain fixed costs, such as staffing and space allocation, for the program’s entire duration. This group is designed for people with an acquired brain injury who: Are age 18 and older. ADULT INTENSIVE STUTTERING CLINIC We are now accepting registration for our fall 2021 adult intensive stuttering clinic (November 12-21 & December 3-5). This clinic is usually in the summer but was postponed due to COVID-19. Click here for more info or email us to enquire. IMPROV FOR PEOPLE WHO STUTTER After a successful pilot program, we are once again partnering with Tightrope Theatre this fall to provide improv for people who stutter. Details to be announced. ITAWC PROGRAM (INTENSIVE APHASIA TREATMENT) We are currently accepting registrations for our next iTAWC program (Intensive Treatment for Aphasia in Western Canada), which is scheduled to take place October 12 – November 5, 2021 in person at our Vancouver office.
