PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT The program starts in May and accepts 2 to 5 students per year. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. The tuition is $5,000 for the program. Completion of this program fulfills the ASCP Route 1 criteria for application to take the SBB exam (the program does not award college credit). Applications are typically due in February. Unfortunately, donations are not keeping pace with this demand. In April the total blood inventory dropped to a 1½-day supply – considerably less than the 7-day supply recommended for our area. GENCURE BIOMANUFACTURING FACILITY IS NOW OPERATIONAL Biomanufacturing facility begins production of large-scale adult stem cells. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT The program starts in May and accepts 2 to 5 students per year. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. The tuition is $5,000 for the program. Completion of this program fulfills the ASCP Route 1 criteria for application to take the SBB exam (the program does not award college credit). Applications are typically due in February.
