Sour Punch products start out similar to any other candy, with a simple mix of sugar, flour, corn syrup and water in giant kettles. Each kettle batch weighs around 1,500 pounds. The ingredients are mixed to a perfect consistency and the color and flavor is added. The batch heats up to 170 degrees and pumped into a cooker to remove
