From healthy vegan no-bake treats to gluten-free cookies to fruit galettes and beyond, these easy sweets satisfy every taste. SNACKS - ALLISON DAY BY ALLISON DAY - RECIPE BLOG Recipes for hummus, homemade fruit and nut crisps, dips, crostini, and more, all with a wholesome twist. WHOLE ORANGE BUNDT CAKE Instructions. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) with a rack positioned in the centre. Butter a 10-cup (2.37L) Bundt pan very well. Dust the pan with flour and tap out the excess. In a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one by one. HEALTHY OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP LACTATION COOKIES Preheat the oven to 350ºF for non-convection or 325ºF for convection. 4. Scoop cookies into 2- to 3-tablespoon-sized portions (50 to 60 g), placing 1- to 2-inches apart (for 6 cookies per sheet) on a large rimmed baking sheet. Gently press the cookies down with your fingers to flatten to approximately ½-inch-high. TOMATO, FIG, AND GINGER CHUTNEY RECIPE This tomato jam recipe is sugar-free, naturally sweetened with fresh summer tomatoes and dried figs, and perked up with ginger. The chutney, similar to chili sauce, is a yummy burger condiment, hummus wrap topper, chip dipper, or mac and cheese partner. HEALTHY HONEY, ALMOND, AND CHIA CLUSTER GRANOLA RECIPE A perfectly sweet, nutty, granola recipe filled with clusters of almonds, chia, honey, psyllium, olive oil (or coconut oil) and rolled oats. This rubble of granola clusters stands up to milk, yogurt, and eating by the handful.
