Complaints may be filed in several ways: Visit the OIPRD website to make a complaint online. Attend at any police station in Ontario. The public complaint process will be explained. YORK REGIONAL POLICE FACILITIES Most York Regional Police facilities remain open to the public, withsome restrictions:
* #1 District, 240 Prospect Street, Newmarket: Open daily from 7a.m. to 9 p.m.
* #2 District, 171 Major Mackenzie Drive West, Richmond Hill: Open daily 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. with controlled access. All members of the public must be buzzed in prior to entering the front desk area. * #3 District, 3527 Baseline Road, Georgina: Open daily from 7 a.m.to 7 p.m.
* #4 District, 2700 Rutherford Road, Vaughan: Open daily from 7 a.m.to 9 p.m.
* #5 District, 8700 McCowan Road, Markham: Open daily from 7 a.m. to7 p.m.
* YRP Headquarters, 47 Don Hillock Dr, Aurora: Open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. * King Community Substation, 2585 King Road, King Township: Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. * Whitchurch-Stouffville Community Substation, 111 Sandiford Drive, Whitchurch-Stouffville​: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.​ * Customer Service Unit, 10720 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill: Open byappointment only.
