This local studies newspaper service is free to all users. Our library branches offer a subscription to the Irish Newspaper Archive. This is an online digital archive of regional weekly editions including 'The Munster Express' and out of print WATERFORD CITY & COUNTY COUNCIL : PARKING This usually lasts from 8.30am - 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday. No parking at any time except where a valid disabled parking permit (blue badge) is displayed in the vehicle. No parking during the hours indicated on the street sign.
