Last year, due to COVID, there was no graduation ceremony held. In a letter to parents signed GOVERNOR TO RELOCATE STATE FACILITY TO VALLEY CENTER A state agency has determined that a facility currently located in Northern California would better serve the community by being relocated to Southern California, specifically to Valley Center.
