Commissioners, biographies and photos. The bi-partisan USITC Commission is comprised of six Commissioners who are nominated by the President and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Administrative Law Judges Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) biographies and photos Administrative Law Judges conduct the trial phase of Commission investigations under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337).
