It can be due to a poorly designed programme, an ineffective trainer, staff being unable to implement the training in the workplace, or many other reasons. One major factor that can determine training’s effectiveness is staff motivation. Higher motivation has been linked to greater skill NET PROMOTER SCORE FOR TRAINING ORGANISATIONS Respondents give their answer on a 1 – 10 scale. Respondents are then classified as a Promoter, Passive or Detractor depending on their answer. Any responses from 0 to 6 are classified as ‘detractors’. Between 7 to 8 the response is a ‘passive’. Then UNDERSTANDING VIRTUAL EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE In simple terms, Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to perceive and manage the emotional experiences of self and others. Emotions are always with us, and they are an integral part of learning.
