The North American Spine Society (NASS) is a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to advancing quality spine care through education, research and advocacy. NASS recognizes the many challenges facing spine care professionals and their patients today, and is committed to advocating on behalf of its membership and spine patients; advancing spine care through educational programming and scientific and socio-economic publications; as well as funding and promoting spine research. The mission of North American Spine Society Journal (NASSJ) is to promote knowledge and advance spine care. As the open access spine journal of the North American Spine Society, NASSJ aims to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge about clinical care, research, and education more effectively and efficiently by leveraging the open access platform and electronic media interfaces.
