JANUARY 1 - THE SCHOOL OF MEDITATIONWEB VIEW JANUARY 1. The most important thing about meditation is how to meditate. Choose a quiet place. Sit with your spine upright. Sit on the floor or in a chair. 1 JUNE - THE SCHOOL OF MEDITATION Through meditating we become fully human. Meditating is our way of accepting the gift of creation and developing our potential to respondto that gift fully.
1 JULY - THE SCHOOL OF MEDITATION Meditation is not a program. The real aim of meditation is simply to learn to become fully aware of what is. Be aware of the discipline of stillness as you start. THE SCHOOL OF MEDITATION Our physical posture is the first stage: we become as still as we can physically. But the real stillness is within. The first thing we discover when we sit still is that our mind is racing, from one thought to another, from one plan to another, one memory to another, one fantasy to another. DAILY MEDITATION REFLECTIONSWEB VIEW The mantra helps us to listen and leads us to the fullness of ourselves. It brings us near to God in the present moment. We are not thinking about the past nor planning the future. APRIL 1 - THE SCHOOL OF MEDITATION Our spirit is planted in God. Each of us has an eternal life. Each of us is important, now, and in the time to come. This is why we make the daily pilgrimage to our center, through meditation.DECEMBER 21
Meditation is so important because it offers the possibility of a genuine religious experience. It is genuine because in meditation we are not trying to change God to our liking.
