THE GOLDEN RULES OF MAKING TEA The golden rules for making good tea have not changed much over the centuries – quality tea, clean implements, pure water at the right temperature and the right amount of steeping. With over ten years in the tea industry, Jo is a respected tea speaker/teacher and is a certified Tea HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE & EASY EVERYDAY MATCHA Add Water in Two Steps- Whisk in just a small amount of heated water with the matcha at first. Once all of the powder is dissolved, the rest of the water can be added to taste. Sifting- Sift the matcha powder with a tea strainer or other sifter to remove clumps.
