HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS COLLECTION CENTER Tempe's Household Products Collection Center (HPCC) allows Tempe and Guadalupe residents to safely and properly dispose of household hazardous waste. This sustainable program helps protect the environments by eliminating items from being poured into the sewer system or storm drains or thrown into landfills. It's nearly 20 yearsold!
