The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom building is currently closed. We are making every effort to maintain a functioning court system in support of the administration of justice and rule of law. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, cases up until 21 June will continue to take place remotely, by video conference. After 21 June, dependent on government guidance and party sizes, some cases will be heard in the UKSC building. We will update information on our websitein due course.
As usual, all hearings will be available to watch live and on-demand via the UKSC and JCPC websites. Further information will be provided and our website will be updated in due course. Judgments throughout Trinity term will continue to take place remotely, by video conference. UKSC judgments will continue to be handed down on Friday mornings at 9.45am. They will be live streamed via the UKSC website. Details of forthcoming judgments will be announced one week in advance.
