We have had my In-Laws sell their family home of 30 years move a couple hours away, as well as two of my sister’s have recently given birth to healthy baby boys. With all of this celebrating, we have HOMEMADE RASPBERRY JAM Over medium heat, stir the raspberries, occasionally, until they reach a full boil and nearly double in volume. Boil for 4 minutes, continuing to stir periodically. Add sugar and mix until incorporated. Once again, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. CUCUMBER MINT GREEN JUICE Instructions. In a juicer, process the kale, celery, cucumber, and mint. Turn off the juicer, and add to the mixture, a squeeze of juice from a lemon and lime slice. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. (You can keep half of the juice for later in the day by storing in a sealed container in the refrigerator.) Enjoy! Cheers togood health!

Add the pasta, and if needed, some of the reserved cooking liquid. Toss to coat. Add the prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced basil leaves, and juice of one fresh lemon. Turn off the heat. TURKEY MEATLOAF WITH SPINACH & MOZZARELLA Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil and flatten the meat mixture on the foil until it is approximately 12 inches x 6 inches. Next, sprinkle on a layer of fresh spinach, followed by mozzarella. Using the aluminum foil to assist you, begin to roll the meat, removing thefoil as

CHEWY HOMEMADE GRANOLA BARS 1/2 cup chocolate chips. First mix the dry ingredients together. Stir in your dried fruit and nut mixture and set aside. Combine the wet ingredients. Add the wet and dry ingredients together until they are well incorporated. Pat firmly into a 9 x 9 inch greased {or lined with parchment paper} baking pan. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, gently whisk the almond milk, yogurt, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, vanilla, and ⅛ teaspoon salt until just blended.
