The Shelburne Communications Center (SCC) operates under the auspices of the Shelburne Police Department, but we are extremely proud of our service to all Public Safety Agencies. The SCC is often referred to as “Shelburne Dispatch” or “Shelburne PSAP” and serves as a regional Emergency Communications Center.DESIGN GUIDELINES
Shelburne’s original Design Guidelines were among the first to be developed by a municipality in Vermont. The original Guidelines facilitated the adoption of the Town’s Historic Preservation and Design Review Overlay District and represented a major step in implementing the Town’s 1988 Village Plan (which was updated in2006). General Info. The Shelburne Town Beach is located at the end of Beach Road. The facility is accessible to Shelburne Residents by purchasing an annual beach sticker. Facilities include (1.5 acres) swimming, boat launch, volleyball, basketball, playground, picnic tables and grillsand bath house.

ASSESSING | SHELBURNE, VT The Town of Shelburne has commenced reassessing the values for all the property in Shelburne to be included in the 2023 Grand List. In an effort to tie values to the real estate market we need to visit the inside and outside of every property to assure our records are current and accurate. We will be working through the next three years to CEMETERY | SHELBURNE, VT Cemetery hours are dawn to dusk. In winter the cemetery will be closed for a period of time depending on weather. No funerals on Sundays or Holidays. No saddle horses, motorcycles, snowmobiles or trail bikes are permitted. Dogs must be on leash - droppings removed by owner. Nolittering.
