ISWAN HARDSHIP FUND
The ISWAN Hardship Fund is a small grants fund for Filipino seafarers and their families with a financial need. It is designed to provide one-time financial grants to seafarers in need, which could include medical or educational support of up to US$500.ABOUT | ISWAN

The ITF (International Transport Workers Federation) has commissioned an in depth study into the implementation and enforcement of the ILO Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC), which came into force in August 2013. The study will be carried out by Seafarers' Rights International(SRI).
