GLUTEN FREE MUESLI BREAD Prepare baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. In large bowl of standing mixer, add gluten free muesli and milk. Stir to coat and let sit 15 minutes to soften. In small bowl, whisk together warm water, maple syrup and yeast. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to proof and becomefoamy.
GLUTEN FREE VEGAN BLACKBERRY SCONES Set aside. In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, oat flour, cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Using pastry cutter, cut in shortening until small pieces remain. Mix together almond milk, vinegar and vanilla in small bowl, then pour GLUTEN FREE VEGAN LEMON BARS Whisk together sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, salt and tumeric in medium saucepan. Stir in coconut milk, lemon juice and coconut oil. Over medium heat, bring filling mixture to a low boil, stirring constantly. Keep at medium-low heat, cooking until bubbly and thick {about 5 minutes}. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. GLUTEN FREE VEGAN PULL-APART ROLLS Bake 28-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove rolls from oven and place on cooling rack. Serve warm. To reheat, wrap rolls in foil and warm in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Store rolls in airtight container or ziploc bags. Add coconut milk and melted shortening. DAIRY FREE HOT COCOA MIX Place ingredients in food processor or high-powered blender. Blend 1-2 minutes to combine. To store, scoop into glass container and cover with lid. To serve, add 2 heaping tablespoons cocoa mix to 1 cup hot non-dairy milk. Stir to dissolve.
