HEALTHY BREAD MACHINE RECIPES Instructions. Add ingredients in the order given into the bread machine pan. Start dough cycle. (On my machine this takes 2 hours). CAMPING AND EXPLORING PIPI CAMPGROUND We enjoyed camping Pipi Campground this weekend and exploring the area. Memories were had . Giggle, tears, laughter, blood knees, memories, bee stings, lessons and more. MY WORD OF THE YEAR IS BALANCE My word of of the year is balance. Life is crazy busy. I must admit, my life and my priorities are all out of whack. I need balance. I am choosing to focus on balance in 2013. Learning to find balance in my faith . I want to make my faith and me growing and learning a priority in my life. Seeking to find balance in my life by choosing to put SMALL CHANGE BY ADDING SMALL MEALS Small change by adding small meals. We are seven weeks in to the new year and I have implemented a small change each week. Each small change builds upon one another to help me with my goal of living a healthy and active lifestyle. So far, I have made 7 healthy changes and have continued those changes the following week (s). MEASUREMENTS VS. THE SCALE Over the past few weeks, in my personal weight loss journey, I have seen the scale hover between 143 and 146. I found myself getting discouraged, angry, upset, frustrated and just CONFUSED as to why the weight fluctuation was happening. I was losing sight of the bigger picture. There are several methods and at least one other formula for determining heart rates and training zones. DO I NEED TO BE REMINDED I AM OVERWEIGHT? How I see myself is the most important. I know I am overweight. I know I am strong. Those tests are like the scale (and take weight into account). It gives me a base line of my current stats. They ONLY measure that. They do not measure my worth, my strength, or what I WHAT TO PACK FOR A RAGNAR RELAY RACE Ziplock bags and Scented Fabric sheets are your best friend. Separate your running clothes in individual large zip lock bags. I have my running outfits separated by my legs (1, 2, 3). CAMPING AND EXPLORING PIPI CAMPGROUND We enjoyed camping Pipi Campground this weekend and exploring the area. Memories were had .
