We upgraded the heim on the lower tube to a 1 1/4" rod end and move the 7/8" rod end to the upper tube mount to our Radius Arm Bracket which now adds adjust ability of the pinion angle. We still use the same beefy 3/8" traditional main plates. The tubing is all .250" wall, it will take the strain and impact. 14 BOLT DISC BRAKE CONVERSION KIT (SRW) NOTE: Fits 73-87 single rear wheel full float 14 bolt housings. Requires steel wheel minimum 15" with a maximum 4" back spacing and larger aluminum wheels Our disc brake conversion kit is the best conversion to eliminate the drum brakes on a full float 14 Bolt Rear Axle. The 14 bolt axle is common in Chevy / GM fullsize trucks from 1972 until today in the 3/4 ton and 1 ton range. AXLE FLANGES, REAR, TOYOTA, FULL FLOAT Here is something that can make your life easier and turn your rear axle into a Full Floater! This is weld on Axle Flange to mount Front Toyota spindles to the rear axle. The caliper bosses are made to use the Early Mini Truck or the FJ60 rotors & calipers. Not the IFS Truck ('86-'95). These are sold in pairs. DIY JEEP LONG ARM KIT, PAIR This is the way to make your existing longarm or radius arm kit actually strong enough for trail use! Quite an easy swap but think it through, add a Panhard and a couple of link towers and it is the same style as Ford Bronco. Make some simple changes and it can be a simple 3 link! Lots of possibilities. The lower tubes are 38 inches long 2" x .25" wall DOM and the uppers are 24 inches long 1.5 FORD DANA 60 76' & OLDER REAR AXLE DISC BRAKE KIT Requires single steel wheel 15" with a maximum 4" back spacing or larger for aluminum wheels The Ford 76 and older rear disc brake conversion for single rear wheel ONLY is a very popular conversion to eliminate the drum brakes on the early full float D60 axle. This style of coupler allows mounted items to be removed outward from the tube end, like removing a cork from a bottle. Items like removable bumpers, tire mounts, sliders, or maybe even an engine cage. As you can see by the design, these are fully housed to protect againstshear.
