GOING TO COURT
If you are charged at the police station with having committed a criminal offence the police will give you a date on which you will be required to attend the Magistrates' Court. Police Bail Usually the police will release you from the police station to live at your home address, or somewhere else, until the date of your court hearing. Although there is much debate about their origins, it is generally accepted that there are three sub-species of the cannabis genus. These are Sativa (the most prominent), Indica and the less-favoured Ruderalis. Many growers cross breed these strains to produce cannabis with a range of specific, sought after properties. The main offences are: Actual supply Offer to supply Being concerned in supply Aggravated supply Possession with intent to supply Actual supply It is an offence to supply a controlled drug to another person.
