Real Estate Council of BC to Integrate with BC Financial ServicesAuthority
This summer, the Real Estate Council of BC (“RECBC”) expects to complete its integration with BC Financial Services Authority (“BCFSA”) and the Office of the Superintendent of Real Estate (“OSRE”) to provide greater oversight over the financial services sector in British Columbia. about what the new regulator will look like here (will open in a new tab) . Communications will increase as BCFSA, RECBC, and OSRE move closer to the integration.
