RCPCH EPORTFOLIO (KAIZEN) GUIDANCE FOR TRAINEES Paediatric trainees and your educational supervisors can use ePortfolio to record learning in all its forms and settings, and to monitor progress through the curriculum. It is is mandatory for all run-through and non run-through paediatricians in UK training posts. Find out how to use it with our guidance and instructional videos. SPECIAL INTEREST (SPIN) MODULE APPLICATION GUIDANCE As a Level 3 paediatric trainee or post completion paediatrician, you may wish to apply for a SPIN module. This comprises additional training and experience in a clinical area. We have updated some of our SPIN modules, and have a new SPIN in child mental health. Applications for modules starting this August/September are now closedas of 31 May.
2021 MEMBERSHIP FEES AND RENEWAL NOTICE All RCPCH members will soon receive information by email about renewing their membership for 2021. This year, the RCPCH Executive Committee has decided to increase fees by 2%. This is the first subscription fee increase since 2019, following a freeze in 2020, accompanied by a substantial reduction for post-MRCPH trainees.
