PADS OF MY FEET FEEL SWOLLEN Hi I'm new here, I want to find out if anybody has this problem the pads of both feet feel swollen feels like I'm walking on wadded paper and sometimes mostly at night my toes start moving like having spasms there's not alot of pain but when my toes do this I have a hard time making them stop. It's like they have a mind of there own. HOW I CURED MORTON'S NEUROMA Day 1) i applied them for 2 hrs and i placed my feet on the ice pack (never directly to skin). I kept icing it 20 min, 20 min rest, 20 min ice. Day 2) same thing but for 4 hrs. Same thing with icing. Day 3-14) i slept in them. Now i have to say when i took them off in the morning my toes hieted a bit. My left foot is always warm in the evening and at night, my right foot is very cold to the touch, (not just a sensation) I'm generally healthy, not overweight, walk regularly for exercise and am pretty active. My GP just shrugs and says "It's just one of those things" In other words he doesn't haveclue.

The booster works by sending tiny electrical impulses through the nerve endings in the soles of the feet and to the lower leg which in turn, stimulates muscle contraction and improves circulation. I have had many patients asking about this, and as they are priced at £200 it's alot of money if they don't do the job. PLANTAR PLATE INJURIES AND EXERCISES / STRETCHING OF THE Looking at the typical recommendations among practioners you see some that actively prescribe stretching of the calf muscles. Also common is the recommendation for strengthening toe curls by gripping a towel on the floor, which naturally involves some dorsal movement of the toes just to get a grip of the towel. STABBING INTERMITTENT PAIN ON SIDE OF FOOT It's been several days now that I suddenly get sharp, stabbing pains on the outside of my left foot - about half way between the toes & heel. Nothing helps when an attack is on! Sometimes, it's so bad that I actually yelp in pain. The pain seems to last about 30 seconds or less and occurs in clusters throughout the day. CRESTOR (ROSUVASTATIN) AND ACHILLES TENDONITIS Also had several pts that were on lipitor and caused major muscle problems and when they were taken off lipitor the muscle pain went. Pt with achilles tendonitis i spoke with G.P they have stop the crestor to see if this has caused the achilles pain. Just interested if any one else has come across this. My big toe on my right foot is extremely itchy, i dont have any itchy spots on ANY other part of my foot or any part including big toe on my left foot, its just the part of my right big toe where the toe bends and it has no obvious fungal infection, no redness (except for when i scratch it), and no bumps, etc. just itches and i cant figure out ADHESIVE FOR ORTHOTICS Use any contact adhesive ie: Quick Grip. (you'll only need a small tube) If you've got any acetone, clean the old glue off first, then brush a small amount of glue, evenly on both sides of the Spenco. Make sure you keep the materal seperated! Wait for it to be touch dry thenstick it down.

PADS OF MY FEET FEEL SWOLLEN Hi I'm new here, I want to find out if anybody has this problem the pads of both feet feel swollen feels like I'm walking on wadded paper and sometimes mostly at night my toes start moving like having spasms there's not alot of pain but when my toes do this I have a hard time making them stop.
