Remove the plastic wrap from the ribs one rack at a time and wrap in foil, sprinkling a tablespoon of the reserved spice rub mixture over the top before completely wrapping infoil.

GRILLED CITRUS MANGO SHRIMP WITH MANGO AVOCADO SALSA AND Continuing with my mango series this summer, since it is still mango season, I went with mango in the shrimp marinade as well as in the salsa. NEW YEAR’S GOLDEN TIKI COCKTAIL ( GOLD RUM LYCHEE Let sit for a few minutes to dry before adding the cocktail to the glasses.
