WHAT IS STILLBIRTH AND HOW CAN YOU REDUCE YOUR RISK When a baby dies after 24 weeks of pregnancy, before or during birth, it is known as a stillbirth. Sometimes we don’t know the cause, but we do know that there are things you can do to reduce your risk ofstillbirth.
MACKEREL AND PASTA SUPPER Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. When the onion, mushroom and tomato sauce has simmered for around 10 minutes, add the mackerel. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour the sauce over the pasta.MINCE AND TATTIES
Stir until the sauce comes to the boil and starts to thicken. Cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes until everything is tender, adding more stock if needed. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20-25 minutes until soft. Use a potato masher or fork and mash the potatoes until smooth. Serve with the mince.PARENT CLUB

Mix spread and sugar together in a large bowl then crack the eggs into the bowl and in with flour and mixed spice. Peel and core the apples then cut into small chunks. Gently stir in the apple and raisins and gradually add the milk until the mixture drops off thespoon
CAULIFLOWER BAKE WITH NEW POTATOES Method. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C fan oven / 360°F / gas mark 4. Peel and chop onion and carrots, place in a large pan with a mug of cold water and bring to the boil then simmer gently. With hands break the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. After 2 minutes of simmering add them to the pan with the onion and carrot.MINCE AND TATTIES

Method. Preheat the oven to 180 °C / 160 °C fan oven / 350 °F / gas mark 4. Wash and slice all the vegetables. Finely chop or crush the garlic.
