The urban escapes and the dynamic city life were essential in the development of her social-oriented consciousness that later influenced and guided her artistic trajectory. Additional studies include Ph.D. course work in Art History and Anthropology at the University of Delaware, a Mid-Career Fellowship at Princeton, a Fulbright-Hays grant to study in ALICIA MINO GONZALEZ Alicia Mino Gonzalez was born in Santiago, Chile, and studied drawing and painting since the age of thirteen. The urban escapes and the dynamic city life were essential in the development of her social-oriented consciousness that later influenced and guided her artistic trajectory. Morgan Dummitt began studying the figure at the Art Students League of New York. He earned a Certificate from PAFA, and studied at the Florence Academy of Art and the Pelletieri Stone Carving Academy. He served an extensive apprenticeship with renowned marble carver Fred X. Brittany Webb is the inaugural Evelyn and Will Kaplan Curator of Twentieth-Century Art and the John Rhoden Collection. In this role, Webb oversees the Museum’s collections, exhibitions, and programs of 20th century art and provides instruction for the School of Fine Arts at PAFA. Jayne Yantz is an Art History Instructor in the Liberal Arts Department. She received her M.A. in Art History from The Ohio State University and her B.A. in English and Art History from the University of Rochester. Additional studies include Ph.D. course work in Art History and Anthropology at the University of Delaware, a Mid-Career Fellowship at Princeton, a Fulbright-Hays grant to study in ALICIA MINO GONZALEZ Alicia Mino Gonzalez was born in Santiago, Chile, and studied drawing and painting since the age of thirteen. The urban escapes and the dynamic city life were essential in the development of her social-oriented consciousness that later influenced and guided her artistic trajectory. ANNUAL STUDENT EXHIBITION The Annual Student Exhibition (ASE) is an academic capstone event and the longest-standing student exhibition of its kind. While art exhibitions for matriculating students are common, PAFA's show takes place in a major museum and is one of the most celebrated student group shows in the country.
