The usual veggies that are used are winter melon, unripe pappaya, cucumber (vellarikka), tomatoes, taro root and drum sticks. You can replace tamarind with mangoes as the souring agent if you are using cucumber or drumsticks. as the name implies, is a tasty and tangy curry for rice, made KERALA RAVA LADOO RECIPE For preparing Kerala Rava Ladoo, first heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a nonstick pan. This is a healthy recipe for children and grown ups too. This is one of the easiest ways to make kids consume carrots, especially those kids who have an aversion towards veggies. VAZHAKKA THORAN RECIPE Add ground ingredients to cooked bananas. Allow steam to pass through. Mix well and check the seasonings. Heat oil and crackle sesame seeds, add curry leaves and fry them for a second. Transfer the cooked bananas to a serving dish and temper with the sesame seeds and curry leaves. Vazhakka Thoran is ready. KERALA EASY CHILLI CHICKEN RECIPE For preparing this, marinate the chicken with tomato puree, salt, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1/2 tsp of pepper, a little bit of cornflour and ginger - garlic paste. Heat a little oil in a pan or a kadai. Fry the chicken but make sure that they are not very crispy. Remove them from oil and keep it aside. Heat up the remaining oil in the same pan. EASY CURD CURRY RECIPE Add onions and fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Once onion is fried, add the garlic and saute for few minutes until the raw smell is gone. Add curry leaves and fry. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder. Keep the flame low and fry for a while and add curd. Mix well. Cook on low flame for 1 1/2 mins. :- Easy curd curry isready.
KERALA STYLE MUSSEL FRY Add the mussels now and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add the spice powders and saute for sometime till the spice powders are well roasted with the other ingredients.
