HEALTHY MOM, HEALTHY FAMILY The Healthy Mom, Healthy Family project will provide practices with tools and training to more fully screen mothers for health risks at infant well-child visits, such as maternal depression and smoking cessation. The Ohio AAP will provide practices with resources for OHIO CHAMPIONS FOR VACCINES (OC4V) PLEDGE FOR INDIVIDUALS The OC4V Pledge: I agree to advocate for vaccines by spreading accurate information about the disease burden, safety, and effectiveness of vaccinations. MAXIMIZING OFFICE BASED IMMUNIZATION (MOBI) AND TEEN According to the National Immunization Survey, only 66.4% of Ohio babies have rec eived all of the immunizations recommended to keep them save from many dangerous diseases.
