Congratulations to Josh Clark and Ryan Calvert and coach Jason Theobald on winning the bronze medal placing for NISSC while at Maadi 2021. Well done to all Onslow crews at Maadi 2021 (NISSC prior cancelled due to Covid alert level 2).RESOURCES - WEEBLY

Complimentary to this is the NZ Nutrition Foundation's campaign which encourages us to eat 5+ a day. The Learn To Row Camp will be held at the end of term 3, travelling to Wanganui after school on Friday 1st Oct until Tuesday 5th Oct. Details for the camp will be provided during the Learn To Row programme. Training will be a step up at camp with more water time compared to the previous weeks and junior and senior rowers will attend to train and assist with the novices.THE BACK ROOM
