Top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 2/3 cup of enchilada sauce. AIR FRYER RANCH ROASTED CHICKPEAS Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread drained chickpeas onto prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes; shaking occasionally. Remove from oven and toss chickpeas with ranch seasoning. Spray basket of air fryer with olive oil or avocado oil. Add chickpeas. SRIRACHA CHEX MIX RECIPE 1) Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. 2) In a huge bowl, combine cereal, crackers, garlic toasts and pretzel sticks. 3) In a separate bowl, melt butter. Add sriracha, soy sauce, ranch dressing powder, ginger and garlic powder. Stir wellto combine.
