2B MINDSET DINNER RECIPES By now the 2B Mindset nutrition program is far from a mystery to most, and I’ve noticed a lot of demand for 2B Mindset dinner recipes! Let’s take a look at some delicious recipes that (of course) include ideas for adding extra veggies quickly and easily. HEALTHY DRUNKEN NOODLES Add the carrots, bell pepper, and bok choy to the skillet. Sauté until the bok choy is wilted. Mix in the dry noodles, soy sauce, honey, and water. Bring the liquid to a boil then, cover and reduce heat to medium/low. Let the pasta simmer for 12-15 minutes stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked.
