SECTION 3 IPC
The Act states section 3 IPC, as Any person liable, by any Indian law, to be tried for an offence committed beyond India shall be dealt according to the provisions of this Code for any act committed beyond India in the same manner as if such act had been committed within India.. Sec 3 IPC, gives criminal jurisdiction to the Courts to try an offence committed by a person beyond or outside the FUNCTIONS AND POWERS OF NATIONAL BIODIVERSITY 1. It shall be the duty of the National Biodiversity Authority to regulate activities referred to in sections 3, 4 and 6 and by regulations issue guidelines for access toSECTION 6 IPC

Section 509 IPC, as defined under the code states as, “Whoever intending to insult the modesty of a woman, utters any word, makes any sound, or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacySECTION 326 IPC
Section 326 - Voluntarily Causing Grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means. Section 326 IPC, defines as well as prescribes punishment for voluntarily causing grievous hurt to any person by using any deadly weapons or other dangerous means.. Sec 326 IPC as defined under the Code reads as, “Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 335, voluntarily causes grievous hurt by means of PREPARATION AND REVISION OF ELECTORAL ROLLS 21.
