KEEP LEARNING (5 WAYS TO WELLBEING) We often think about learning as important to children – we place a great deal of importance on making sure young people develop skills, knowledge and experience to help them on their journey into adulthood. But, just as it’s important for children to learn, research shows that if we keep learning throughout adulthood and into ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT SERVICE (ATS) Within Brighton and Hove the adult community mental health service for adults including those over 65 is provided by the Assessment and Treatment Service (ATS). The service works with people with more complex mental health needs or those whose mental health is having a significant impact on their daily life. The ATS has been designed WEST SUSSEX COMMUNITY ADVOCACY Our Community Advocacy Service in West Sussex helps you say what you want, secure your rights, represent your interest and obtain services that you need. All our advocacy services operate independently of other mental health or health and social care services, work in partnership with you and take your side. It can be hard to BE ACTIVE (5 WAYS TO WELLBEING) Reduces anxiety, stress, and lifts our moods. Exercise is a really effective way to reduce our levels of anxiety and give our moods a boost. As we exercise, our brain chemistry is changed as endorphins are released, which can calm anxiety and lift our moods. These endorphin-given benefits of exercise are felt during and immediatelyafter
