Next Events “The Marie Curie Alumni Association Italy Chapter and Italian Universities meet industrial and non-academic partners” Connecting people engaged in research and in business to foster innovation and new opportunities. UNITED KINGDOM CHAPTER We believe that being part of the “Marie Curie Alumni Association” as a chapter can allow Marie Curie Fellows to actively operate on a local basis and create stronger interconnection amongst them.Ultimately, this will lead to reach the major objectives of the MCA Association. We indeed share aims and objectives of the MCA Association and intend to embed them into our work context.MATERNITY LEAVE
Dear all, I have asked to REA the delicate and important question of maternity leave during the conduction of the project. I have got the answer yesterday after 2 months of waiting for a very generic/simplified answer:" For the case of the COFUND fellowships we only pay the beneficiary (your employer) for the time that the scientist are active. I am wondering if my fellowship covers the UK visa fees and if I can ask for a reimbursement. Are there any documents on this, maybe? Thank you very much in advance. It seems that my institution TUM do not reimburse housing in secondments because they say that it is included in the mobility and living allowance.
