The Government has issued guidance that we should stay at home to protect ourselves, the NHS, and others. It is important this this is adhered to in relation to chemsex and other sexual activities. Put simply – SWAP - LONDON FRIEND SWAP Chems taken over? Time to SWAP! What is it? SWAP (Structured Weekend Antidote Programme) is an initiative from the Antidote team. It is an intensive 4 week structured programme (spread over 4 consecutive weekends) designed specifically to support clients to address issues around club drug use and is facilitated by qualified therapists with many AXIS - LONDON FRIEND Axis - Satellite Clinic. The Axis Clinic is an Antidote satellite chemsex clinic in the heart of South London, is based at the Caldecot Centre, and is a collaboration between the Antidote LGBT drug & alcohol service, working through the RISE Partnership, with Kings College Hospital sexual health and HIV support team; and the HIV mental health liaison team from South London and Maudsley. SASH - LONDON FRIEND SASH SASH promotes good sexual health and wellbeing and works in close partnership with community reproductive health, contraception STI screening and HIV treatment services to ensure accessible and responsive services for all. The service is available for residents from the boroughs of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. SASH is a partnership comprising COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS Cost/Benefit Analysis When thinking about change, and deciding on goals to support either harm reduction or completely stopping drugs & alcohol altogether, it’s important to first clarify the impact of any usage on your life. The higher the dose of crystal meth you take, the more risk you have of hallucinating, experiencing paranoia, or having a psychotic episode. Crystal meth can make users quite unpredictable, therefore only use crystal meth with people you know and trust. We can also ignore our hygiene and nutrition, or forget to take HIV medications.
