LIFE MADE FULL
My first published book! In 2014, I put together an ebook that had 30 days of beginner (no equipment) workouts, 30 devotionals, and 30 gluten-free dinner recipes. Over the past few months, I've been working to get this published in print form, and it finally happened! 30 DAY AT HOME CROSSFIT WORKOUT CHALLENGE Week 1 At-Home CrossFit Workout Challenge. Day 1: 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 air squats (5 rounds) Day 2: Run 1/2 mile, 25 (or 50 if you can) air squats (3 rounds) Day 3: 20 lunges, 10 push-ups (5 rounds) Day 4: Longer run (or whatever it is that you like to do–biking, swimming, etc), * Add-on: 1 minute front plank, and 1minute plank on
HOMEMADE DAIRY FREE EVAPORATED MILK Instructions. Place the milk into a large, heavy-bottomed pot. Turn heat on medium-low, and simmer, whisking occasionally, until the amount of milk has been cut in half, about a half hour. Let cool, and then use in your favorite recipes! CROCKPOT BBQ PORK PICNIC ROAST 1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce (I know it sounds weird but my homemade ketchup tastes amazing!) Rate this recipe! Put the roast in the crockpot. Pour 3/4 of the BBQ sauce over the roast. Turn on low and cook for 4-6 hours on low. GLUTEN FREE CHEESECAKE (IN THE INSTANT POT!) In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar evenly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until combined and even. Add in sour cream and beat for 30 more seconds until smooth, then add in the tapioca flour, salt and vanilla. EATING GLUTEN FREE AT MEDIEVAL TIMES Eating gluten free at Medieval Times. Just about 18 years ago, Superman and I were newlyweds, in the big city for our honeymoon. We decided we would go to Disneyland. While were were in southern California, we went to Medieval Times. If you’re not familiar with Medieval Times, it’s a two-hour dinner & show featuring knights andhorses

Place all the ingredients except the steak and additional 2 TBSP oil into a deep container, and then blend with an immersion blender to make relatively smooth. Add steak and marinade to a large Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly. Let sit for about a 1/2 hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. BANANA CINNAMON MUFFINS (GRAIN-FREE, SUGAR-FREE) 2 very ripe bananas, mashed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with liners or grease with coconut oil. In a large bowl, beat together the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and beat together until well combined. 30 DAY AT HOME CROSSFIT WORKOUT CHALLENGE Week 1 At-Home CrossFit Workout Challenge.
