Sunbury Shores Arts & Nature Centre has joined with Kingsbrae Gardens and the Huntsman Aquarium to provide summer arts and nature activities. Kids will explore and create, utilizing the beautiful gardens and grounds of Kingsbrae and KIRA, with access to nature trails and local beaches. Art Gallery. The Art Gallery is located adjacent to the Garden Café, in the turn-of-the-century Edward Maxwell manor home, original to the estate that makes up the bulk of Kingsbrae Garden’s 27 acres. Two full walls of window give stunning views of the surrounding gardens, Ministers Island and the Passamaquoddy Bay. ACTIVITIES – KINGSBRAE GARDEN Daily Activities. Ladybug Release is currently not offered due to COVID-19 Physical Distancing Concerns. 12:30pm Alpaca Walk or Goat Walk- Enjoy lunch on our patio or relax on the shade while the Alpacas and/or goats roam the front lawn of our Garden Café. ANIMALS – KINGSBRAE GARDEN Eleven of these beautiful animals live year round in the Garden, ranging in age from one to sixteen years old. Visit Kingsbrae this summer to meet Sadie, Guinness, Ally, Alfie, Alice, Novi, Abigail, Cinnabar, Peanut, Philby, and Alberto. Make sure to view them on the front lawn of the café daily (weather permitting) from 12:30pm to1:30pm.

Season Pass expires at end of operating season printed on card. Family Regular Season Pass – unlimited, in-season access to Kingsbrae Garden, Garden Café, Gift Shop and Art Gallery on presentation of their Season Pass card. Cottage Garden . This fine example of an English cottage garden is enclosed by a white brick wall, remaining from the original house. You’ll see a vibrant assortment of colourful annuals and perennials as you enter the Visitors Centre.ENTRY GARDEN
Entry Garden. The wow factor presents itself as soon as you enter the parking lot and see the over-scale mobile of Canada geese. The planting features trees, grasses and hundreds of day lilies.
