IS INTUITIVE FASTING REALLY INTUITIVE OR IS IT JUST Intuitive fasting has gained a lot of attention in the media lately but is it really intuitive or is it just another diet? This book solidified that this was the approach I wanted to take in my private practice and I was hungry for more continuing education after. Since I was eager to learn more, I signed up for Evelyn and Elyse’s GUT-FRIENDLY RECIPES FOR IBS-D Instructions. In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cinnamon and salt. Add ginger, almond butter and honey and stir together until mixture is sticky and holds together. Refrigerate mixture for 20-25 minutes. Line a baking sheet withparchment paper.
