PCB WASTE TREATMENT PROGRAM The government enacted the"Law concerning Special Measures for Promotion of Proper Treatment of PCB Wastes" in June 2001, and assigned former JEC to conduct PCB Waste Treatment Programs. TOKYO PCB WASTE TREATMENT FACILITY Tokyo Facility is the third regional PCB waste treatment facility in Japan, thanks to the acceptance of the facility by Tokyo Metropolisand Koto-ku.
