Conor McGregor’s Nutritionist Shared Exciting Stuff to Stop Sugar Cravings. Conor McGregor’s dietitian ought to be the one to be able to advise you on how to curb your sugar cravings. 5-MINUTE PROTEIN PANCAKES Directions. Put in the (preferably over-ripe) banana in a small bowl and mash to smithereens. Next comes the egg whites, stir furiously, in comes the cinnamon to spice up our lives, throw the protein powder and mix, and finally slowly add almond milk and stir. You may not need the whole 1/2 cup or you may need more, you don’t want it too liquidy. EASY MUSHROOM COCONUT CURRY Add garlic and cook until just browning. Take the pan off the heat and add chili powder, cumin, and onion powder and stir. Place back on the stove on medium-low heat and add the bowl of mushrooms (any liquid that comes with them) into the frying pan. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup of the thin coconut milk into the pan. WHOLE-WHEAT MEDIEVAL HONEY BISCUITS Roll out to a 1/4 thickness and cut in shapes 2 inches across (you can make circles or funny shapes like mine) Put a pan on medium heat and coat with olive oil. Pan-fry the pastries until golden brown and flip when necessary. When done, dry the oil off them if there is any. Heat honey up in a pot. Drizzle honey over them all.
