STONE VENEER NOT STICKING PLEASE HELP! Apr 24, 2010. #1. I'm putting stone veneer over my brick fireplace and I'm having trouble getting them to stick. I put down a scratch coat and let it dry thoroughly. I'm using sakrete stone veneer mortar and no matter how I mix it, it dosen't seem to stick well. I've tried what I thought was too wet and too dry and all in between.MAXIM PROBLEMS
I found a post on Iburncorn forum that mentioned a lower auger jam on a maxim 175, he never said what fixed it or if it was a fuel issue. I have had my lower auger jam quite often, after talking to my dealer I removed the burn pot and wrestled the auger back to life, I fed all the pellets in the lower auger into containers (remove a wire from the upper motor to do this). I took the pellets HOW OFTEN DO YOU GREASE YOUR BEAM ON YOUR SPLITTER ironpony. Our splitter basically gets used once per year. I have sort of an odd problem on my used 15HP (J15RCIS) Johnson outboard for my boat and wondering if anyone else has run into this. Most of the time the motor runs beautifully and starts and runs very well. Twice this year though when I've been out on the lake it runs fine HOW OFTEN DO YOU GREASE YOUR BEAM ON YOUR SPLITTER ironpony. Our splitter basically gets used once per year. There are different designs for different saws, and the bar has to match the chain/sprocket configuration as well. Your best bet, if you want to do that, is take it to a dealerto be sure that everything matches up. Obviously, you don't want to put a big bar on a small saw. WOOD SHED PRESSURE TREATED OR NOT Eastern, MA. Oct 8, 2014. #1. Finalizing the plans for my woodshed and was wondering what folks thought about using pressure treated wood. The structure will be 8x12 built on 6 concrete sonotubes. The floor will be supported by crushed stone with 2 X 8 floor joists that rest on the stone. On top of the joists will be more 2x8 for a floor. SIMPLICITY HYDRO TRANSMISSION OIL Dec 28, 2006. 18,784. Mt. Rainier Foothills, WA. Jun 2, 2014. #5. My hydrostatic tractor uses 8 gallons of hydraulic/transmission oil. It is often called hytrans or "Universal Tractor Fluid" available in many sizes from NAPA and on the container it lists all of the specs it meets. It is a light oil, not red like atf, but similar in weight. ANYONE HAVE AN OPINION ON RID-X FOR THE SEPTIC SYSTEM The first dump you take into a septic tank has all the bugs needed to handle decomposition from that point forward unless you kill the tank by dumping a huge dose of bleach or other odd thing down the pipe. The reason not to use rid-x type prodcuts is that they makes you look silly, wasting your money on such snake oil. TON OF GRAVEL IN A HALF TON PICKUP??? WHICH 2 IN 1 SHARPENER FOR 3/8” PITCH CHAIN AND 7/32” FILE I ordered the Stihl 3/8” 2 in 1 chainsaw sharpener for my Husqvarna saw but it came with a 13/64 file. Unfortunately the files are not interchangeable so I returned it and bought the PFerd (they make the Stihl ones) 7/32” file 2 in 1 sharpener. Now this one says it’s for .404” chains on it. So WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN ENGINE? "Powerbuilt" is the basic bottom of the line engine with alum cylinder. The 12 v starter is always more as well as the installed alternator. Now "Intek" is kinda funny and i had to call Briggs & Stratton on that one. Most of the time Intek means steel sleeve in the cylinder for longer life & a few upgraded add on's..There are some Intek engines that are just the up graded model from the MIX ATF AND HYDRAULIC FLUID? WHICH 2 IN 1 SHARPENER FOR 3/8” PITCH CHAIN AND 7/32” FILE I ordered the Stihl 3/8” 2 in 1 chainsaw sharpener for my Husqvarna saw but it came with a 13/64 file. Unfortunately the files are not interchangeable so I returned it and bought the PFerd (they make the Stihl ones) 7/32” file 2 in 1 sharpener. Now this one says it’s for .404” chains on it. So MIX ATF AND HYDRAULIC FLUID? Sep 8, 2014. #6. ATF is commonly used as Hydraulic Fluid, but my manual also said don't mix them. Not sure why. If it did not foam or separate, I don't think I would worry about it. I had a hard time finding Hydraulic Oil in less than 5 gal containers, until I found it TON OF GRAVEL IN A HALF TON PICKUP??? A ton is about 2/3 yard of gravel and not nearly enough to make a dent in your gumbo driveway. The man with a dumptruck will show up and gate spread several yards of gravel to get you through the winter. So think along the lines of ten tons and a delivery fee of a few bucks. Lots of work to unload the pickup too. WOOD SHED PRESSURE TREATED OR NOT Eastern, MA. Oct 8, 2014. #1. The reason not to use rid-x type prodcuts is that they makes you look silly, wasting your money on such snake oil.STOVE REVIEWS

THE INGLENOOK NEW
This new forum section is for off-topic discussions and announcements. Like the Inglenook of old, we picture a small recess next to the fire where conversations can occur. Debates, controversy and politically orientated discussions are not welcome here - be sure to read the Inglenook rules and suggestions!6.5K
