I have read the 12 steps of the Grow programme and am ready to join a group. *. I am able/willing to commit to the group I join so I can build supportive relationships and come to understand how Grow helps with mental health challenges. *. How it all began. The founder of Grow Mental Health, Con Keogh found help for his own Mental Health difficulties by attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, though not an alcoholic himself. Along with a small number of others whom he met at these meetings, the idea was born, to set up a special group to work specifically on problemsrelated to

Picturing Resilience introduced the basics of art therapy and how it brings about change. It included a talk given by Ursula followed by some hands on experience for participants and group discussion around the theme ofresilience.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
How it all began. The founder of Grow Mental Health, Con Keogh found help for his own Mental Health difficulties by attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, though not an alcoholic himself.
