Environment: kali Linux The gvm-setup script configures an initial user “admin” with a random password. This user can be used to log in via the web interface. I did so and created another user with the role Admin. After this the list of users does not show the user admin anymore. running gvmd --get-users, the user admin is not shown neither, the newly created user neither. the login with UPGRADE 20.08 TO 21.04 If your 20.08 modules are already configured and working fines; then upgrading to 21.04 should be easy. Indeed, what you need to do is: Stop all services (gvmd, gsad, ospd-openvas) HOW TO UPDATE/KEEP THE FEED UP TO DATE? How to update the feeds in GVM9+ Valid for: GVM9+ NOT valid for: OpenVAS8 and below, Greenbone OS (GOS) based installation like Greenbone Security Manager (GSM) or Greenbone Community Edition (GCE).. I’ve been successfully testing (GVM 8, OpenVAS 6 from Atomic repo) on individual systems so I stepped up to group scan, but things got weird and I’m not sure where I went wrong.
