RASPBERRY KEFIR NICE CREAM Method. Add frozen banana, raspberries and kefir to a blender and blitz until smooth. The mixture should be thick. Pour into a glass and top with raspberries to serve, or pour into a container and store in the freezer. 10 June 2021. Ayam. QUICK & EASY COUSCOUS Method. Place couscous, stock cube, peas, carrot, currants, salt, pepper, olive oil and water in a deep bowl. Use a fork to stir everything together. Cover with cling wrap and let stand for 5 minutes. Use a fork to stir the couscous, fold through freshly chopped parsley before serving. 07 June 2021. SPINACH & RICOTTA BUNDT CAKE Steam spinach in a large pot with 1 cup of water, place the lid on and allow it to steam for a few minutes or until wilted. Take the lid off and give it a good stir every minute or so. Drain the spinach, squeeze out any excess liquid and roughly chop it. In a large frying pan, saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Set aside to cool. CHOCOLATE COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE Pour over the cookie dough base. Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until the cream comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir through the chocolate until it’s melted and combined. Set aside to cool. Pour the cooled ganache over the cheesecake and set it in the fridge overnight. 26 May 2021. SWEET SOUFFLE PANCAKE WITH BERRIES & NUTS Method. Preheat oven to 175°C. Separate the egg whites and whisk until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, use a whisk to combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, melted butter, milk, vanilla and egg yolks until it forms a smooth batter. Add one-third of the egg whites to the pancake batter and fold through, fold remaining egg whitesthrough

Method. Preheat the grill to 180C. Place the sourdough on your baking tray. Spread tomato passata over the bread. Divide ham amongst the bread, top with pineapple slices and grated cheese.LEMON SUMMER PASTA
Method. In boiling salted water cook pasta according to the instructions on the packet (reserve a cup of the cooking water). Blend ricotta cheese, lemon rind, basil, milk, extra virgin olive oil, saltand pepper.
PINEAPPLE CURRY
Method. In a large pot add the coconut oil and sauté onion and ginger for 2-3 minutes. Add the carrots, capsicum and pineapple and cook for 5 minutes until softened. HEALTHY(ISH) KATAIFI BAKLAVA Method. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add walnuts, almonds, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and breadcrumbs in a blender. ANTIPASTO SPAGHETTI
Pour sundried tomato oil (from the jar) into a hot pan and saute the sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, garlic, chilli and anchovies. Add capers, olives, spring onions and herbs to the pan and stir through. Add the pasta, with a little of the pasta water, and stir through. Serve with parmesan cheese. SPINACH & RICOTTA BUNDT CAKE Steam spinach in a large pot with 1 cup of water, place the lid on and allow it to steam for a few minutes or until wilted. Take the lid off and give it a good stir every minute or so. Drain the spinach, squeeze out any excess liquid and roughly chop it. In a large frying pan, saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Set aside to cool. CHOCOLATE COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE Pour over the cookie dough base. Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until the cream comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir through the chocolate until it’s melted and combined. Set aside to cool. Pour the cooled ganache over the cheesecake and set it in the fridge overnight. 26 May 2021. TUNA MAC & CHEESE BAKE Method. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat onion, garlic, celery and butter in a hot pan over medium heat until translucent. Add flour and stir around, cook for a few minutes. Add the milk to the flour, a little at a time, stir until incorporated before adding more. Once all of the milk has been added stir the sauce until smooth. VICTORIA SPONGE SWISS JAM ROLL Method. Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced. Separate egg whites from egg yolks into 2 separate, clean bowls. Add the sugar to the yolks and whisk until creamy and fluffy. Whisk the egg whites until light and fluffy. Sift self-raising flour into the whisked egg whites. Use a rubber spatula to gently fold through with melted butter and vanillapaste.
PRAWN, ZUCCHINI & MINT LINGUINE PASTA Method. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter on medium heat until the butter has melted. Next, place garlic, zucchini and prawn meat into the pan and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until prawns are cooked. Add lemon zest and juice, 1 ladle of pasta cooking water and MUSHROOM & PORK BOLOGNESE Drain the liquid from the porcini mushrooms and add to the sauce with butter, red pepper paste, thyme and basil. Add chopped mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Add red wine, stock and passata and rapidly simmer for 10 minutes, or reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour. Cook pasta according to packet instructions in boiling saltedwater.
LEMON SOUR CREAM CAKE WITH BERRIES To make the cake, prepare a 22cm diameter x 4.5cm high cake tin greased and lined with baking paper. Toss the berries with 5g of plain flour and set aside until ready to use. Place the room temperature butter, caster sugar and vanilla into the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attached and whip until light and creamy. Warm the egg tobody

Coat the chicken pieces in light soy, oyster sauce and dark soy. Set aside for a few minutes to marinate. LAMB & EGGPLANT BRAISE Method. Preheat the oven to 185°C. Sauté onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until golden, 6 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, add the lambmince to the pan.

ITALIAN LEMON OLIVE OIL CAKE Method. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two 25cm cake tins with baking paper and a little bit of olive oil. In a large bowl whisk milk, eggs, oil, lemon zest and juice. RASPBERRY KEFIR NICE CREAM Method. Add frozen banana, raspberries and kefir to a blender and blitz until smooth. The mixture should be thick. Pour into a glass and top with raspberries to serve, or pour into a container and store inthe freezer.

Method. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Blanch both bunches of broccolini in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes, remove from the boiling water and plunge into a bowl of cold water. BOILED EGG & EDAMAME GUACAMOLE TOASTIE Method. Place the red rice toasties in the toaster and cook for 3-4 minutes, or to your liking. Mix the avocado, edamame, salt, pepper & extra virgin olive oil and lemon together and set aside.LATEST RECIPES

COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES Method. Blend cottage cheese, oats, eggs, salt, chia seeds and cinnamon. Fry 1 scoop of batter in a coconut oiled non-stick pan onlow to medium heat.
