60 minute personal training sessions offer you specific coaching based on your individual goals. *Coaching by NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss & Nutrition Specialist, TRX Master Instructor, and 13 years experience. FWH SEMESTER TRAININGS WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE, 1 SEMESTER AT A TIME We structure each of our Strength Trainings to meet 3 times each week for the duration of a single semester – Fall, Spring and Summer. All trainings are limited in capacity due to COVID-19. Online class access provided to current clients. Trainings are geared for both men and women, all ages and stages and consist of functional movement and body-weight strength exercises using proven methods and simple modalities including the TRXsuspension trainer.
