Meanwhile, combine panko with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and parsley. Place in a shallow bowl or plate. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium/ high heat. Remove chicken from buttermilk and drip each piece in panko ONE POT TURKEY KIELBASA HASH Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and allow the potatoes to cook until tender and browned, about 15 minutes (as the broth evaporates, the olive oil will prevent sticking and help with browning). Stir occasionally. Add onions, peppers and kielbasa to the pan, along with 1 T butter. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika. NO BOIL BAKED TORTELLINI Preheat oven to 375.
