Weekly classes will generally be a mix of discussions, presentations, review of student images, and demonstrations of Lightroom andPhotoshop.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION How to Register. For most classes and workshops, Fleisher accepts registrations on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended. Waiting lists are established once a class fills, and applicants will be contacted if spaces become available. To register for a tuition-free class, you must be a currentFleisher member.

Not only will we learn about that botanical object, like a flower, herb, bulb, fruit, vegetable, fungi, or leaf, but we’ll see how these subjects fit into the broader realm of contemporary botanical art. We will study and discover how the ancient Asian cultures utilize drawing meditation practices, such as mandalas, and their variations such as the zen-tangles system to developmindfulness.

Through experimentation on various mediums with different brands of acrylic paints, students will learn about the advantages and limitations of using acrylic paint and also how to overcome the common challenges. CLASSES - FLEISHER ART MEMORIAL Fun, fast, and with a totally unique image quality, instant film is the perfect medium to get experimental with your photography. In this single day session, we’ll explore using a variety of Polaroid cameras to make creative and unexpected images using the new PolaroidOriginals film.
