This is the final report from a process evaluation of the Nordic 0–24 project. The project has involved a collaboration between initiatives to provide improved follow-up of vulnerable children and young persons between the ages of 0 and 24 years from all the Nordic countries and autonomous islands. The project’s starting point is that improved cross-sectoral collaboration is necessary to NORDMOD2030 SUMMARIES OF PROJECT REPORTS The Nordic countries have clear similarities. With their small, open economies, well-developed welfare states and organized working life, they have given us the term “the Nordic model”. NordMod 2030 is a Nordic research project analysing developments of the past 25 years and identifying the challenges that the Nordic countries will face in the years through 2030. MIND THE GAP
This is the final report from a process evaluation of the Nordic 0–24 project. The project has involved a collaboration between initiatives to provide improved follow-up of vulnerable children and young persons between the ages of 0 and 24 years from all the Nordic countries and autonomous islands. Ny studie om personer uten lovlig opphold i Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger og Kristiansand. I norske storbyer lever det et ukjent antall irregulære migranter, altså personer som ikke har lovlig opphold. Gjennomgikk evaluering av to tiltak mot vold og overgrep mot barn ogunge
Statsforvalteren i Trøndelag, Nordland og Troms og Finnmark inviterte sammen med RVTS Midt og RVTS Nord til en digital konferanse om forebygging av vold og overgrep mot barn og unge 26. og 27. mai. På konferansens andre dag fortalte Nerina Weiss om Fafos pågående evalueringen av «Snakke sammen» og «Jeg vet» – to digitale lærlingsverktøy rettet mot vold og overgrep mot barn. Se webinaret: Uten rettigheter, ingen hjelp? Den restriktive nasjonale politikken for irregulære migranter preger arbeidet til lokalt ansatte som møter mennesker fra denne gruppen. Storbyene har utviklet få lokale svar på utfordringene de opplever. Det gjør at de ansatte i «førstelinjetjenestene» ofte står alene om å finne ut hvorvidt og hvordan de kan bistå irregulære migranter. Disse og flere funn fra en ny rapport ble presentert pådette webinaret.

Travel streikedag for Kristine Nergaard Unio gikk ut i streik i kommunal sektor. Hvorfor ble det streik og hva skjer nå? Kristine Nergaard hadde en travel dag da hun ble bedt om å kommentere streiken i en rekke medier 27. mai. – Det har vært et uvanlig mellomoppgjør i offentlig sektor, sa hun, men viste til at det ut fra tidligere erfaringer trolig vil bli krevende for de streikende å få betydelig gjennomslag.‣ Dagsnytt 18

Fafo er en frittstående samfunnsvitenskapelig forskningsstiftelse som utvikler kunnskap om vilkårene for deltakelse i arbeidsliv, organisasjonsliv, samfunn og politikk, om sammenhengene mellom politikk og levekår, og om demokrati, utvikling og verdiskaping.
