New Students: Your De Anza student identification number (also known as a Campuswide ID or CWID) will be generated and emailed to you after you submit your application for admission. Continuing Students: You can retrieve your Campuswide ID by going to the MyPortal login page and clicking on "Reset Password." Follow the steps on your screen and your CWID will be emailed to you.APPLY AND REGISTER
Once you've applied for admission, you will receive a welcome letter with your De Anza student identification number, known as a campuswide ID or CWID. Use that number to log into MyPortal , then open the Apps section and click on the Student Registration tile, then look under My Records and click View My Placement Results .ACADEMIC CALENDAR

The MLT curriculum combines classroom lectures, student laboratories and clinical training to foster the analytical and problem solving skills required in this profession.
